Many of us THINK we know who we are, but until a tramatic moment interrupts our lives, we find out who we REALLY are. After losing a spouse you lose a part of yourself. Anything you do never seems to get in line with with what you thought was in order and you are just all over the place. The decisions you make doesn’t feel the same and so your control over yourself deems lost in a pile of sand. Having someone who can see you outside in with no attachments to your past, can give you an insight on how where your path can begin to straighten and also in most cases redirect. Let’s face it, just because we dealt with life one way, doesn’t mean it is the most productive way. Open up, breathe, and walk your best stroll, because it is a process to take your time and really celebrate your better self.
